How long does the Signature Ritual take? +

Most sessions take between 2 to 3.5 hours. We prioritize comfort over speed, ensuring your pet has breaks to stretch and stay calm.

Do you use muzzles or restraints? +

We follow a strict "Fear-Free" protocol. We use distraction techniques and positive reinforcement. Muzzles are a last resort for safety only.

What brands of products do you use? +

We use a proprietary rotation of 100% biodegradable, sulfate-free shampoos. Every product is pH-tested to ensure it matches the 6.5–7.5 range of canine skin to prevent dryness and "after-bath itch."

Is this a "Drop-and-Go" or "Appointment-Only" service? +

We operate on a strictly one-on-one basis. Your pet is the only client in our care during their slot. This means no cages, no waiting around in loud rooms, and a much faster, stress-free return home.
